Your child is atypical. Perhaps they disrupt the class and exhaust everyone. Perhaps they are quiet, reserved, and suffer in silence without anyone noticing. In either case, you are exhausted, misunderstood, and unsure how to help. That's precisely where I come in.

I am a woman with ADHD/ASD. I am the mother of two neurodivergent daughters.
I spent years wondering what was wrong with me before realizing that nothing was wrong.
My brain just worked differently, that's all.
When I finally put words to it, I looked for support that truly understood me. Not generic advice. Someone who knew what it was like to manage an ADHD brain AND raise neurodivergent children.
This type of support didn't exist, so I created it!

Local liaison for the care pathway in Luxembourg & Greater Region
As a certified coach specializing in ADHD, ASD, and giftedness, I work in direct collaboration with the assessments and diagnoses of neuropsychologists, psychiatrists, and pediatricians. My role is practical—implementing on-the-ground compensatory, organizational, and regulatory strategies that medical practices don't have time to teach.
I work in conjunction with local associations and healthcare professionals in the Greater Region.
Sessions not covered by the CNS.
